The 2025 CVU Relays offered a challenging yet exciting start to the season for South Burlington’s boys cross-country team, as athletes battled both heat and hills on a rolling course in Hinesburg. Despite the tough conditions, the Wolfpack delivered a strong showing with numerous runners improving on their times from last year’s event. Notable gains came from Jack Donovan, Asher Clifford, and Leo Frank, each cutting significant time from their 2024 performances. The updated course, now centered around the lower softball field, proved fast and competitive, and South Burlington’s consistent improvements underscored the team’s disciplined training and early-season momentum. It was an encouraging opener that set the stage for another strong year of racing.
